Le HuC6260 est le contrôleur graphique (VCE - Video Color Encoder). C'est un processeur 16 bits. Il est directement connecté au Hu6260 (VCE - Video Controller Encoder). Le VCD s'occupe de l'affichage de l'arrière plan et des sprites. Il dispose de 64 ko de VRAM dans lesquels les graphiques sont stockés en tile (les graphiques sont découpés en rectangle et stockés en mémoire).
